Brief Biography
Dr. Özer received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University in 2011, and since that time he has been a faculty member in the Dapartment of Computer Engineering at Marmara University. His research spans several fields: Mathematical Modeling and Combinatorial Optimization; Soft Computing - Heuristic Design; Electronic Market Design; Grid and Cloud Computing.
